Some customer interactions seem routine, but that doesn’t mean a customer should get anything but exceptional service. The components of the exceptional customer experience include a great opening, effective and effective seeking and supplying of information and a strong, positive closing. You may think of playing a game of cards when dealing with customers on a daily basis. Are you a winner or is your house of cards built on a shaky foundation?
